JBN Wind-Tex Jacket with Removable Sleeves
Ride more safely and comfortably in foul weather with JBN's Wind-Tex Jacket with removable sleeves. It's made from a very lightweight yet durable water-resistant fabric that allows you to stay dry because precipitation beads off quickly and completely. The wind shielding fabric allows better breathability while protecting you from wind gusts that can slow you down or throw you off-balance. It boasts a full length, non binding, non slip zipper which helps it conform to your unique body shape and makes easier partial or full removal.
The lightweight sleeves can be quickly and easily removed and can be easily rolled up or folded and stowed in the open back pockets if desired. This garment was designed for maximum effectiveness from temperatures ranging from 35 to 50 degrees.
Achieving The Proper Fit
After a few rides and washes, quality cycling apparel will give a bit to truly contour your body, while maintaining their elasticity. It will not loose its shape. Cycling clothes are designed to fit correctly when you are in a "tuck" position (i.e. bent forward at the hips). That said, bib shorts' braces should feel snug across the shoulders when standing upright, yet comfortable in a tuck position. Also note that most windproof jackets are cut larger than long sleeve jerseys, but are designed to be worn with just one base layer underneath. We don't recommend wearing your Short Sleeve Jerseys and Long Sleeve Jerseys underneath your Windproof Jacket. They do not have the same wicking properties as base layers.
