NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. collects personal information when you place an order, request a catalog or other company published literature, and opt-in to our mailing list. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number. When you register with NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. uses this information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, distribute electronic and physical promotional offers to you, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, and contact you if necessary.
By entering any information in the "Become A Member" link that states you want to receive mailings and promotional offers on any of our web pages, you are giving us permission to contact you at our discretion with such information. NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. does not knowingly contact children under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission. This also applies for inquiries for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.
Information Sharing And Disclosure
NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies unless it is necessary to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
1. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of, or with NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. under confidentiality agreements. 3. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
4. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal NRS-Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
5. We transfer information about you if for more personal information is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, for more personal information will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. |
