Protein Packed Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop BUFF Unflavored Protein
4 tbsp Almond/Coconut Milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Almond Meal
coconut oil

Directions:
1. Combine almond meal, BUFF, baking powder, cinnamon and chia seeds. Add eggs and almond milk and mix well.
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add pancake batter and cook through and slightly crispy.
3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
