Protein Packed Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 scoops Confidence™ Maple Brown Sugar Whey Isolate
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
cooking spray

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.
2. Add Confidence™, whisking thoroughly until smooth and blended.
3. Whisk in baking powder, then let mixture rest to thicken.
4. Heat a nonstick griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Spray with oil.
5. Scoop 1.5 tbsp mounds of batter onto your griddle or pan.
6. Cook pancakes for one minute, until the top begins to bubble. Flip, then cook the opposite side for 10 to 20 seconds.
7. Serve and enjoy!
